here is an outline i like to work with for my clients i.what opportunity are you addressing 2. how are you tapping this opportunity 3. business model who are your customers and how will you make money 4. what makes your company special 5. marketing and sales strategy 6. competition what can you do that they cant what can they do that you cant 7.projections what are the financial projections for the next 2 yrs and what are the assumptions 8. team who and why are they special 9 status and time line where are you now what are your milestones the fee we get is 500 euro to process your funding request thomas duffy
